All our silk scarves and accessories are handcrafted in England. As each piece is limited edition or bespoke, slight variations may occur, reflecting the artisanal nature of our work.

 

Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to availability and confirmed once payment has been received. Bespoke commissions require a non-refundable deposit, with the balance due upon completion.

 

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability. Firehorse International is not responsible for delays outside our control.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of non-bespoke items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in original packaging. Bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable.
